Application of Baklanov and Sorensen's Model in the Prediction of Ambient Air Particle and Metallic Elements Dry Deposition at Traffic, Industrial and Wetland Areas
Abstract:The main purpose of this study was to monitor ambient air particles and metallic elements (Mn, Fe, Zn, Cr, Cu, and Pb) in total suspended particulates (TSP) concentration and dry deposition. In addition, the calculated/measured dry deposition flux ratios of ambient air particles and metallic elements (Mn, Fe, Zn, Cr, Cu, and Pb) were evaluated using Baklanov model at a traffic, an industrial (Quan-xing) and a wetland (Gao-mei) area in Central Taiwan between 2009 to 2010. The results indicated that the mean hi… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
