The development of Internet information technology has opened up new potential for the education sector, encouraging the development of innovative teaching and learning methods as well as the optimal use of available educational resources. In this environment, the online plus offline mixed teaching model emerged, which can not only get around time and space restrictions and link smoothly inside and outside the classroom but also enhance the form of teaching and learning and strengthen teacher-student relationships. However, to assure the quality of instruction, this research first examines the successful ways of developing an online plus offline hybrid teaching mode from the perspective of college English professors. Second, in this paper, the support vector machine and particle swarm method are used to build an evaluation model of the English teaching effect. The model has the potential to increase the accuracy and efficiency of English teaching impact evaluation while also meeting the standards of English teaching effect evaluation. The experimental findings show that, while evaluating the effects of college English instruction, the technique beats the comparison algorithm in terms of evaluation accuracy and algorithm time consumption.

The neurological, behavioral, and cognitive problems in teenage students are increasing day by day. It is very important to address these issues by gathering information from public opinion. The distribution of Public Opinion Information (POI) in student work is unsystematic, and it is difficult to extract the needed information intelligently. In this research, an intelligent extraction algorithm for analyzing public opinion data from student work is proposed. The algorithm is based on human-computer interaction, machine learning, and computational techniques. A fuzzy semantic autocorrelation mapping feature set of public opinion information is developed from the student work, along with a spatial structural model of data semantic distribution features. The statistical feature quantity of semantic similarity of the public opinion data is retrieved from the student work, and semantic ambiguity is decreased. Adaptive learning and machine understanding, along with human-computer interaction, are used to process the data. In the human-computer interaction machine understanding center, the processor adjusts the grid partition of public opinion information of the student work according to the differences in statistical features, constructs a feature decomposition model of student behavior, and performs context mapping. Finally, semantic analysis is carried out to analyze student behavior based on cognitive study. The simulation outcomes show that the proposed method is computationally inexpensive, has low time complexity, and has the ability to provide real-time monitoring of public opinion information on student behavior.

Project-driven teaching is a student-oriented teaching strategy to cultivate the autonomous learning ability of students. This paper tries to effectively apply project-driven teaching in college English class through a comparative experiment. The experimental results show that project-driven teaching greatly enhanced the satisfaction and learning effect of classroom English teaching. Throughout the teaching process, teachers are responsible for project design, project proposal, and dynamic monitoring of teaching effect; the students are responsible for accepting and completing the projects. Teachers work with the students to evaluate the completion of the projects and give feedback. The application of project-driven teaching in English class makes the classroom atmosphere more active, boosts the participation enthusiasm of students, and increases the attentiveness of students in English classroom. The research results provide theoretical evidence for English education reform.
