Application of Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA) on Quadratic Knapsack 0-1 Problem

Abstract: <span lang="EN">Quadratic Knapsack Problem is a variation of the knapsack problem that aims to maximize an objective function. The objective function in this case is quadratic.
