Health Research in 2013 showed that 24.8% of children with health problems and dental caries index reached 1.4. A’yun’s Predictor Software (APS) was a new tool to describe the interaction of various factors that play a role in the caries process. The program was developed to establish a better understanding of the multi-factorial aspects of dental caries in children,as well as a guide to improve behavior to reduce the risk of new caries. This study in children aged 10-12 years in SDN Baturan I,SDN Baturan II,SDN Mayangan and SD Muhammmadiyah Trini in Sleman,Yogyakarta.Sampling technique was simple random sampling. This type of research was quasi-experimental control group(pretest and posttest design with control group). The independent variable was oral health education with APS and the dependent variable was the behavior of dental health maintenance oral and mouth, salivary pH and PHPM (Personal Hygiene Performance-Modified)index.Results data were analyzed by t-test. Research shown that there were significant differences between the treatment group and control group on the behavior of the maintenance of oral health of children and PHPM index (p <0.05), while the pH of saliva there was not to be difference (p> 0.05). The conclusions of this study was significant APS application on dental health maintenance behavior oral and mouth, salivary pH, and the index PHPM in school children.

Program lintas minat yang diterapkan dalam kurikulum 2013 pada kenyataannya belum menghasilkan peningkatan dalam hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sparkol videoscribe terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik lintas minat pada materi sistem endokrin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XI IPS SMAS PGRI 43 Singaparna dengan jumlah peserta didik 42 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 2 kelas yaitu kelas XI IPS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang pembelajarannya menggunakan media sparkol videoscribe dan XI IPS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol yang pembelajarannya menggunakan media power point. Insrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 31 soal. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji ANCOVA dengan taraf signifikan 0,05%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa penggunaan media sparkol videoscribe mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar pesera didik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh media sparkol videoscribe terhadap hasil belajar dan pada materi sistem endokrin.

APOS Model is a model of Mathematics Learning Based on APOS Theory, which is student-centered and has syntax with phases: Orientation, Practicum, Small Group Discussion, Class Discussion, Exercise and Evaluation. The Worksheet is designed to support the APOS model, which is contain activities for each phase. In the practicum phase, the Worksheet contains a command from one of the appropriate computer application programs. In the small group discussion phase, the Worksheet contains questions related to the results of the lab work and new questions that are solved manually by the students. In the class discussion phase, the Worksheet contains a command to present the results of the discussion. In the Worksheet training / evaluation phase the worksheet contains about the Calculus questions. The APOS model has been applied to integral calculus courses by students of class A mathematics study program S1 FKIP UNIB 2017/2018 TA. The aim of the article is to explain that the APOS Model can build critical, tenacious, and confident characters. Data was collected through: observations, open questionnaires, interviews, and results of the Midterm exam and Final Exam. The results show that there was a better change in character after several meetings especially after the Midterm exam. When it came to the integration technique chapter, the topic was difficult but many students were able to study it well. This is indicated by the value of the Final exam. The result which is included in the effective category. There are 5 selected students who are able to complete the Worksheet in Chapter Integral unnaturally, without the guidance of lecturers. It can be concluded that the APOS model can help building critical, tenacious, and confident characters.
