Arbeitsschutz und individuelle Gesundheitskompetenz. Perspektiven der Prävention von Arbeitsintensivierung in der „Arbeit 4.0“

Abstract: Der Beitrag diskutiert die Frage, ob das bestehende Arbeitsschutzsystem die erforderlichen Schutz- und Gestaltungsmaßnahmen für die Beschäftigten zur Prävention der mit Digitalisierungsprozessen einhergehenden Arbeitsintensivierungen leisten kann und welche Rolle dem Kompetenzaufbau dabei zukommt.
