Architecture/algorithm codesign of molecular dynamics processors

Abstract: Molecular Dynamics is notable in High PerformanceComputing in that it is both sufficiently critical, and not wellenough served by off-the-shelf processors, that it has been continually targeted with domain-specific architectures.
