Artificial intelligence and creative activities inside organizational behavior

Abstract: Purpose This study aims to investigate about the use of artificial intelligence (AI) (man machine relationship) regarding organizational behavior. The aim of this research paper is to analyze whether the current AI is used also to replace man in “creative” activities. Design/methodology/approach This study is based on a qualitative and explorative approach. It is made a review of the literature with “Scopus” and “Web of Science” databases. The research fields are AI, organizational behavior, man-machine rela… Show more

“…The main concern is ensuring that the system is fair with extra features to reduce the bias presented, transparent and facilitate their application process. According to Paesano (2021), there are five complementary value-based principles for proper monitoring of reliable AI, and transparency and explainability are among them. The author also refers that it should demonstrate how accessible to users the technology’s internal logic and fundamental principles are, as this is thought to be essential for fostering trust in new technology.…”

“…AI algorithms are made by humans, they can have built-in biases from those they inadvertently or intentionally introduce into the algorithm. In the event that artificial intelligence algorithms are built biased, they will produce biased results (Tambe et al, 2019;Paesano, 2021). AI may be that some important aspects are not included in the algorithm or that it is programmed to reflect and reproduce a structural bias.…”

Additionally, enterprises can use artificial intelligence to track employee progress and provide feedback accordingly (Paesano, 2021). This will help employees feel more supported, motivated, and engaged as they develop their skills (Wijayati et al, 2022).…”
