Artificial Intelligence-Based Development Strategy in Dependent Market Economies - Any Room amidst Big Power Rivalry?

Abstract: This paper investigates whether the activities of start-ups specialising in artificial intelligence (AI)-powered solutions could contribute to upgrading in dependent market economies.
