Dalam situasi pandemic COVID-19 semua elemen masyarakat dituntut untuk mengalami percepatan transformasi kedalam era digitalisasi. Dunia pendidikan juga harus terus bergerak berubah agar mampu bertahan serta melangsungkan pendidikan secara digital. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki mitra pelaksana guru-guru SMK Negeri 10 Nopember Sidoarjo. Dimana permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah 1) perlunya media untuk transformasi pembelajaran jarak jauh sehingga dapat tetap melangsungkan kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan baik. 2) kurangnya pemahaman terkait penggunaan media e-learning seperti Moodle atau Google Classroom. 3)kesulitan pengukuran performa guru dan tingkat penyerapan siswa. 4) kurangnya pemahaman mengenai manajemen pembelajaran jarak jauh. Metode:1) Perancangan system elearning sekolah mandiri berbasis Moodle. 2) pelatihan dan pendampingan teknis penggunaan elearning dan manajemen PJJ. 3) pemanfaatan hybrid Zoom dan Gmeet untuk memberikan materi dan system kinerja guru. Hasil dari pengabdian ini 1) tersedianya system elearning mandiri berbasis Moodle untuk sekolah. 2) meningkatnya pemahaman guru yang diukur dari post test dan tingkat pemanfaatan elearning ini sebesar 93% dari total keseluruhan guru.

This study aims to analyze the application of learning management systems in the form of technology to support the implementation of learning. Specifically, this study aims to ascertain the relationship between the teacher's technology acceptance model and the technology readiness index. At the elementary school (SD/MI), junior high school (MTs), senior high school (MA), and vocational schools in the city of Bandung, 185 private teachers participated in the survey. The results showed that perceived ease of technology was positively and significantly influenced by optimism and innovation, positively and significantly influenced by insecurity, and negatively or not significantly affected by discomfort. Then, optimism significantly increases people's perception of how helpful technology can be. While innovativeness and inconvenience have little effect on how useful technology is for people, perceived ease of use and insecurity have a small but positive effect. The implications of this research can be explained by the fact that teachers' acceptance of technology in learning can determine their optimism and innovation in learning. Therefore, teachers must be encouraged to prepare various skills and competencies to use technology to support their teaching and learning activities.

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, school management continues to strive to maintain the quality of academic services so that Teaching and Learning Process (TLP) activities always run as they should. However, there are some barriers to TLP with the Distance Learning (DL) pattern, either from the preparative aspect of Human Resources (HR) or network technical aspects. Also, the partner schools do not yet have the official website facilities and significant DL media. Meanwhile, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is currently the main medium to reach students in DL. Teachers need to reconsider when, where, and how online learning occurs, and adapt their methodological approach. Therefore, through the Community Partnership Program (CPP), the implementation team offers the development of a school website and the use of a Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) in partner schools at SMA YPPI-II Surabaya. This community service activity is done to support the website as a medium of information and promotion and to maintain an efficient and effective existence. Likewise, the Moodle application is used as a support for online TLP in addition to direct learning through video conference with the digital platform, like Zoom or Google meets. The method of implementing CPP is by presenting, training, and mentoring the Moodle application and website for teachers and partner staff who will later act as users. The results of this activity made a positive contribution to the improvement of HR skills and access to school information with the related parties.
