The market of digital voice has grown significantly over the recent years. Big players like Amazon, Google, Apple, Microsoft and Samsung are focusing on the development and expansion of their assistants. Especially smart speakers are on the rise but also in smartphone integrated voice applications are getting more popular. The main characteristics of this new technology are both elements of human-computerinteraction and especially the attribution of human characteristics. Although there is an increase of the number of current users as well as of consumers intending to use digital voice assistants in the future, drivers and barriers of digital voice assistants have not yet been sufficiently empirically investigated, especially concerning the phenomenon of anthropomorphism. This study points to additional key factors that are important to foster broader acceptance. Our empirical study is based on the UTAUT2 and highlights the importance of anthropomorphism in relation to other determinants known from the literature.

<span lang="EN-US">The future of students learning, and excellence of schools absolutely depend on the competence, skills, and expertise of its teachers. This study aimed to report on the validity and reliability of the practices of the learning organization instrument. The dimension of the learning organization questionnaire (DLOQ) instrument was used for the validity and reliability practices of learning organization among teachers. A total of 50 teachers who were selected at random from four indigenous primary schools located in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia were the respondents in this survey study. The results showed: i) The item-content validity index (I-CVI) value achieved was between 0.67 to 1.00; ii) The scale-content validity index (S-CVI) value between 0.95 to 1.00; and iii) The modified kappa statistic between 0.57 to 1.00, proved that the DLOQ instrument adapted in this study had a high content validity. Hence, Cronbach’s Alpha values, Cronbach’s alpha if item deleted, inter-item correlation and corrected item-total correlation also explained that this instrument had high reliability. Therefore, the DLOQ instrument was reliable to measure characteristics of learning organization practices in the context of indigenous primary schools, Malaysia. In line with this, the practices of learning organization among teachers in schools especially primary schools need to be fully applied and implemented to produce more broadly skilled teachers, competent, have a high quality of teaching, able to produce students with high marketability, maintaining the sustainability of schools and educational institutions.</span>

High-capacity headmasters can certainly make improvements and create effective schools. The main purpose of this study was to report on the validity and reliability of the sustainable leadership instrument. The Sustainable Leadership Questionnaire (SLQ) instrument was used for the validity and reliability of the headmasters' sustainable leadership practices from the teacher's perspectives. The design of this quantitative study involved a total of 6 experts with extensive experience in the field of educational leadership to validate the content and 50 teachers from 4 indigenous primary schools in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia who were selected using the simple random method in determining the reliability of the instrument. The analytical gains of I-CVI (0.67 to 1.00), S-CVI (0.92 to 1.00) and modified kappa statistic coefficient index (0.57 to 1.00) proved that the instrument in this study had high content validity. In line with this, Cronbach's Alpha values, Cronbach's Alpha if Item Deleted, Inter-Item Correlation and Corrected Item-Total Correlation were utilized to describe that the SLQ instrument in this study had good reliability. Therefore, the SLQ instrument is reliable to measure headmasters' sustainable leadership practices from the teacher's perspectives in the context of indigenous primary schools Malaysia. The study implied that the sustainable leadership practices of headmasters needed to be practised in schools especially in primary schools as headmasters with sustainable leadership values are highly competent and able to maintain the sustainability of schools.
