“…Access to Social Services-Anticipating local needs and providing incentives to refugees to work in temporary jobs that are only available in certain regions for a certain duration (an example of which is the hazelnut harvest, for which refugees were granted a 3-month temporary work permit) seems to be a good approach, but social services (such as education) need to be considered for a volatile workforce.
