This survey has been taken to understand the digital banking penetration into the students. The level of digital penetration among the students has remained uncalculated. Students benefit from online banking in several ways and it has impacted on student's usage frequency and its awareness. They can execute their money transaction at ease. The life style is expected to be miraculous. Even with a rapid advancement of internet technology, the factor limiting the students from getting penetrated from the digital banking remains to be dull due to unawareness and low frequency of usage. The Reserve Bank of India is making a progressive effort to build an opportunity to create a strong awareness among the students to increase the frequency of digital banking penetration amongst the students. Digital banking, also known as online banking, internet banking, e-banking, virtual banking, or electronic banking, is widely used and well-known under various names, but it supports the same set of financial transactions. Although the majority of people are aware of online banking, banks must take the necessary steps to educate their customers about new technology and the connected digital services they provide. In order to attract customers, the bank will need to increase customer meeting times. This will automatically increase India's acceptance of digital banking [1]. Any rapidly developing economy needs e-banking, also referred to as net banking. Undoubtedly, there is an exponential growth, but the Government needs to make serious efforts to ensure that online transactions continue to grow. In this era of globalisation, the Indian government must act quickly to promote a cashless society. India must create a user-friendly and effective method for entering the digital banking sector and raising awareness at the same time [2].

Introduction and Background: Unani medicine is a "holistic medicine" which means "as a whole thing rather than a collection of parts" or treating the whole person rather than just the symptoms of disease." Holistic concept of health implies a sound mind, in a sound body, in a sound family, in a sound environment [1] . The modern medicine views the body as a collection of parts rather than a whole working unit. The modern medical profession views the human body as a machine, disease as a consequence of the breakdown of the machine and one of the doctor's tasks as repair of the machine. Thus health, in this narrow view, became the ultimate goal of medicine [1] . According to Unani Medicine Tabi'at is the supreme power of body, which is solely responsible for the performance of all physiological functions and nutritional requirement of the body. When the body is exposed to causation of disease, Tabi'at takes on the causation of disease until it overcomes the disease or becomes perplexed itself. The concept of Tabi'at is wider and comprehensive according which a doctor does not cure the disease but he only helps the Tabi'at, as Hippocrates says, "The physician treats but the Tabi'at heals." According to Unani philosophy human body is made up of seven components which are: 1-Arkān (Elements) 2-Mizaj (Temperament) 3-Akhlat (Humors) 4-Aāzā (Organs) 5-Arwah (Pneuma) 6-Quwā (Faculties) 7-Afāl (Functions). In these seven components, Arkan (Earth, Water, Air and Fire) provides shape of the body while Akhlat (Blood, Phlegm, Yellow bile and Black bile) provides nourishment to the body and organs. The etiology and pathology of the disease is alteration in normal proportion of humors which leads to altered temperament (Su'a mizaj) and then disease develops. To maintain the equilibrium of these humors and other components, Unani physicians adopted and forwarded some basic principles which are known as Asbab-e-Sitta Zaruriya (Six Essential Factors). Methodology: The present literary work is conducted through "input-processing-output" approach. The literature collected from classical Unani literatures and online search engines, then compiled, analyzed and evaluated. Objective: To propagate and popularize the Unani System of Medicine in community as well as to make awareness about the role of Asbab-e-Sitta Zaruriyya in maintenance of health as a whole personality including physical, mental, social and spiritual health and well-being.

Purpose This study aims to examine the effect of e-customer relationship management (e-CRM) on customer e-loyalty through e-service quality and e-satisfaction. This study also examines how customers’ e-loyalty affects their willingness to recommend a banking service. Design/methodology/approach A total of 372 private bank customers from Chattogram, the second largest and only port city of Bangladesh, were chosen using a convenience sampling technique. Structured equation modelling was used to analyse the data. Findings E-CRM positively impacts e-service quality, customer e-satisfaction and customer e-loyalty. The association between e-CRM and customer e-loyalty is sequentially mediated by e-service quality and e-satisfaction. E-loyalty has a significant influence on willingness to recommend a banking service. Practical implications The findings will help Bangladeshi banks boost the number of prospective customers implementing e-CRM. In addition, mediators between e-CRM and e-loyalty provides managers a new insight on willingness to recommend a banking service. Originality/value The sequential mediation effect of e-service quality and customer e-satisfaction on the connection between e-CRM and e-loyalty represents the unique contribution and enriches the present e-CRM literature, particularly in the Bangladeshi private banking sector.
