Peranan Sivitas Akademika dalam pembangunan peternakan berkelanjutan salah satunya ialah dengan menetapkan standar kompetensi lulusan program studi sarjana peternakan. Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 menyebutkan bahwa standar nasional pendidikan tinggi ialah satuan standar yang meliputi standar nasional pendidikan, ditambah dengan standar penelitian, dan standar pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan kajian ini ialah menemukan pengaruh standar kompetensi lulusan program studi sarjana peternakan terhadap pembangunan peternakan berkelanjutan. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari standar kompetensi lulusan program studi sarjana peternakan (Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 3 Tahun 2020) dan 5 (lima) dimensi pembangunan peternakan berkelanjutan, yaitu dimensi ekologi, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya, kelembagaan, dan teknologi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan survei digital dengan kuisioner berskala likert menggunakan aplikasi google form. Responden merupakan mahasiswa Program Studi Peternakan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jember. Responden yang bersedia mengisi kuisioner digital sebanyak 47 mahasiswa. Data dianalisis secara parsial dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana menggunakan IBM Statistics 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa standar kompetensi lulusan program studi sarjana peternakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap dimensi ekologi sebesar 0,618, dimensi ekonomi sebesar 0,783, dimensi sosial dan budaya sebesar 0,694, dimensi kelembagaan sebesar 0,726, dan dimensi teknologi sebesar 0,872. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa standar kompetensi lulusan Program Studi Sarjana Peternakan Universitas Jember mendukung upaya pembangunan peternakan berkelanjutan. Rekomendasi penelitian yaitu dibutuhkan perhatian khusus terkait kebijakan-kebijakan yang melibatkan peranan mahasiswa dalam mendukung pembangunan peternakan berkelanjutan yang sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka belajar.

Recently, improving technical efficiency is an effective way to enhance the quality of grass-based livestock husbandry production and promote an increase in the income of herdsmen, especially in the background of a continuing intensification of climate change processes. This paper, based on the survey data, constructs a stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) model, incorporates net primary productivity (NPP) into the production function as an ecological variable, refines it to the herdsman scale to investigate grassland quality and production capacity, and quantitatively evaluates the technical efficiency of grass-based livestock husbandry and identifies the key influencing factors. The results show that the maximum value of technical efficiency was up to 0.90, and the average value was around 0.53; the herdsmen’s production gap was large and the overall level was relatively low. Additionally, the lack of forage caused by drought was the key factor restricting the current grass-based livestock husbandry production level, and the herdsmen’s adaptive measures, mainly represented as “purchasing forage” and “selling livestock”, had a positive significance for improving technical efficiency. Based on this, expanding the planting area of artificial grassland, improving the efficiency of resource utilization, and enhancing the supply capacity of livestock products while ensuring the ecological security of grassland are effective ways to increase the production level of grass-based livestock husbandry in Hulun Buir.

The fluctuation effect of corn grain often occurs during the unloading stage. To accurately explore the periodic pulsation characteristics of corn grain during the unloading stage, a discrete model of corn grain was established, and the effectiveness of the discrete element method in simulating the corn grain unloading stage was verified by a 3D laser scanner and the “spherical particle filling method”. The grain cylinder was divided into six areas, and the periodic pulsation characteristics at different heights were explored through simulation tests. The results showed that the faster the average speed of corn grain changes in unit time, the more significant the periodic pulsation characteristics were as the height of grain unloading increased. The corn grain pulsateon in the grain cylinder exhibited gradual upward transmission and gradual amplification in the process of transmission. The average velocity decreased with increasing height. The direct cause of pulsation was the variation in the average stress between grain layers. Simulation analysis of grain unloading for different half cone angles of the grain cylinder was carried out. The change in corn grain average velocity over time in the area below 20 mm of the upper free surface was extracted. The results showed that the speed of the top corn grain increased with increasing the half cone angle, and the periodic pulsation phenomenon became more obvious with increasing the half cone angle at half cone angles of 30–65°. A half cone angle of 65–70° marked the critical state of corn grain flow changing from funnel flow to overall flow in the grain cylinder. This study provides a method for studying the periodic pulsation characteristics of different crops during the grain unloading stage and provides a technical reference for the safe design of grain unloading equipment.
