Assessment Method for Substation Capacity Credit of Generalized Power Source Considering Grid Structure

Abstract: This paper presents the concept of the generalized power source in an active distribution network. After the energy storage system (ESS), distributed generators (DG), and demand-side controllable load are connected to the active distribution network, part of the system load can be undertaken by these ESS, DG, and controllable load instead of relying on the capacity of the substation, which greatly improves the reliability of the system. The above-mentioned distributed energy resources in the active distributio… Show more

“…The energy system of the Republic of Kosovo is connected to international transmission lines with the neighboring countries of Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia, using high voltage transmission lines with high transmission capacities of 400 kV, 220 kV, and 110 kV. This solid connection of the transmission network with the surrounding networks makes the energy system of Kosovo one of the most important electrical nodes in the region [4]. In the transmission system, various power CBs were installed by different manufacturers.…”

“…Pengembangan juga dapat dilakukan, dengan menggabungkan penyimpanan energi dan sistem distribusinya. Selain itu trend dapat pembentukan platform penjadwalan sistem pembangkitan energi listrik, pengaturan stok bahan bakar, termasuk prakiraan beban dan pasokan energi [6], simulasi sistem, analisis optimasi, bahkan membangun pusat interkoneksi [2] untuk penyaluran dan pengaturan penggunaan daya.…”

“…The current collection for the pantograph catenary system of the trolley wire overhead electrically actuated LHD is achieved by the sliding contact between the pantograph and the catenary [19,20], as shown in Figure 2. When the trolley wire overhead electrically actuated LHD operates to collect current, the random vibrations between the pantograph and the catenary have a great impact on the catenary.…”
