“…Our results showed that the inoculation of 1‐day‐old SPF chickens with ND.TR.IR was associated with sera antibody titres greater than 2 3 , at 21 days post‐vaccination. The higher antibody titres which were observed in the chickens inoculated at 7 and 21 days of age is explained by the developed immune system in the elder chickens (Ambali et al., 2017; Al‐Garib et al., 2003).
