Assessment of MIP1a and MIP1B in Iraqi women with polycystic ovarian syndrome

Abstract: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is reproductive, endocrine and metabolic disorder. The pathology of PCOS is complicated and associated to chronic low-grade inflammation. Which associated with high level of pro-inflammatory cytokines, chemokines and leukocyte count. Inflammation of the ovary effects on ovulation and induce or aggravates systemic inflammation.
