The purpose of the study is to substantiate the effectiveness of innovative and investment activities of enterprises within the functioning of eco-industrial parks in the circular economy context. The methodological basis of the research is system and synergistic approaches, the application of which makes it possible to study innovation and investment activities of enterprises that are part of the eco-industrial park as certain subsystems, which in the end, as components of the park, provide a synergistic effect. It is substantiated that the unification of production enterprises within eco-industrial parks consists in a more integrated interaction of enterprises, including through joint investment. The proposed methodical approach to calculating the efficiency of innovation and investment activity of enterprises included in ecoindustrial parks and its approval proves the possibility of obtaining a positive effect from investment activities and investment in innovative projects by enterprises united in ecoindustrial parks in the context of the circular economy. The analysis of the share of production enterprises that implement innovations, as well as the share of the volume of innovative products sold to the total volume of manufacturing enterprises prove the need to intensify the innovative activity and the introduction and development of eco-industrial parks. The advantages of innovation and investment activities within eco-industrial parks in the circular economy context are highlighted.

The purpose of the article is to study the impact of digitalization on the innovative strategy of the enterprise development in the context of ensuring economic security. Within the article, peculiarities of the digitalization development in Ukraine are examined. The main obstacles that hold back the development of innovative technologies and digital platforms in Ukraine are identified. The problems of the country's industrial development and the difficulties of implementing the principles of the digital economy in the existing conditions are substantiated. It was determined that industrial development of the country is decreasing, which leads to a low level of digitalization and innovative development of industrial productions and reduces their level of economic security and competitiveness. The impact of digitization on the innovative development of industrial enterprises was considered based on the calculation of efficiency indicators of the innovative activity for selected systems of the production process. Based on the calculations made using the correlation-regression analysis, the influence of the selected factors on the resulting indicator was determined. The areas that influence slowing down of the digital development process of industrial enterprises are singled out.

Доведено важливість дослідження особливостей формування інноваційного потенціалу підприємства. Основною метою статті є аналіз сутності формування інноваційного потенціалу підприємства. При цьому, враховуючи поставлену мету, слід виконати наукове завдання у вигляді представлення теоретичної моделі формування інноваційного потенціалу підприємства. За результатами проведеного дослідження було сформовано власне трактування основних понять. Визначено, що формування інноваційного потенціалу підприємства – це комплексний та багатоаспектний процес уможливлення зміцнення позицій на ринку та забезпечення досягнення поставлених цілей і завдань, через ефективну реалізацію ресурсів та засобів у вигляді нових можливостей. Дослідження має обмеження, які полягають в не повному розкриті особливостей формування інноваційного потенціалу підприємства. Подальші дослідження слід присвятити проблемі оцінювання інноваційного потенціалу підприємства.
