“…Similarly, the highest amount of essential amino acids in catholytic soybean meal extracts was obtained by 300 mA—30 min with 126.6 mg/g, followed by 150 mA—10 min and 450 mA—50 min with respective amounts of 104.2 and 98.4 mg/g of protein. Samples extracted using electro‐activated solutions were compared based on their alkalinity to conventional ones prepared with NaOH from our previous work (Gerliani et al, ).
