Objective: This article examines the theoretical foundations and practical implications of social networks in the institutional landscape of public administration, law enforcement, and judicial power. It employs the paradigm of netocracy institutionalism to assess the multifaceted influence of social networks and the need for new concepts to understand the complexities of today's communication society. Methods: The research employs a systematic approach, drawing from theories like netocracy, e-government, legal field theory, and concepts related to internet communications and the information society. It utilizes structural-functional, institutional, and interdisciplinary approaches to analyze the role of social networks in public policy and modern political communication. Results: Social networks play a pivotal role in modern public administration, with an increasing reliance on information and communication technologies. The notion of e-government encompasses activities based on these technologies, including providing services, information exchange, public procurement, and more. A broader view of e-government focuses on transforming internal and external interactions for optimizing management and enhancing public services, thus promoting electronic democracy. The concept of netocratic public management emphasizes transparency, cooperation, and public involvement in decision-making, aligning with the principles of the information society. Netocracy, represented by a technologically adept elite, influences and manipulates public consciousness and behavior through advanced communication abilities in the digital realm. Conclusions: The study underscores the growing significance of social networks in modern governance, with netocracy emerging as a powerful and influential force in the digital age. It also highlights the need for new social structures and concepts to grasp the complexities of today's communication society. In this context, social networks have become indispensable tools for communication between governments and citizens, offering extensive opportunities for interaction and engagement.

Bangladesh has been experiencing the tourism industry as one of the most potential sectors proving a great contribution to the economy in recent years. However, at the beginning of 2020, this sector has transformed reversely by the consequences of the outbreak of COVID-19. Continuous restrictions on movement in domestic and international borders make the tourism sector employees jobless and generate fewer turnovers. This research attempts to quantify the adverse effect of COVID-19 on the tourism sector as well as the country's economy, spheres of tourism and business and suggests some short-term and long-term approaches to recover the situation. The study draws a contrast between past and present year trends, from where we may get vigorous and prevailing information about the pandemic significance and may contribute to initiating and implementing some suitable tactics for retrieval from the state in further heightening the tourism industry. This study may aid in the better understanding and identification of the demands of the general public in terms of tourism by the relevant authorities in the tourist sector. This will also assist in developing the potential of domestic tourism and preparing the tourism sites in Bangladesh for the post-pandemic phase by implementing appropriate measures in the short term.

The article critically examines the essence of Ukrainian culture and its representation, as well as the diversity portrayed in contemporary media. The impact of the war on the depiction of Ukrainian culture in the media is meticulously characterized. Thematic headings and peculiarities about the presentation of cultural information in the media are rigorously considered, along with the dominant categories of culture that are prevalent. The portrayal of Ukrainian cuisine and memes within the media space is thoroughly described. Furthermore, the article addresses problematic issues concerning the representation of Ukrainian culture in the media and proposes potential strategies to address these challenges. Lastly, the prospects for further development of the cultural aspect in the media are identified based on the insights garnered from the research conducted on the media platform "Culture-2025." The study aims to elucidate the fundamental nature of the representation and diversity of Ukrainian culture in contemporary media, with a focus on its impact, challenges, and prospects. The object of investigation is Ukrainian culture as it is portrayed in the informational context of the media space. The research employed various scientific methods, including description, analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, and content analysis, to comprehensively explore the subject matter. The study aims to analyze the essence of Ukrainian culture and its portrayal in the media. It specifically focuses on the diversity, primary thematic headings, and prevalent categories that are disseminated within the media space. Moreover, the research addresses the impact of the war on the evolution of Ukrainian culture. Additionally, the work investigates the presentation of Ukrainian cuisine and memes as vehicles for conveying historical and cultural information, and as cultural trends that gained notable popularity in Ukraine's media space post-February 24, 2022.
