Association of ABCB4 and ABCB11 nucleotide variants with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

Abstract: Background: Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) is the most common liver disorder during gestation. The exact pathogenesis of ICP is multifactorial and still unclear.
