Association of dupA, iceA, homB Genes of Helicobacter pylori with Gastritis, Peptic Ulcer Disease and Gastric Cancer

Abstract: Objective: To determine the association of dupA, iceA, homB genes of Helicobacter pylori with gastro-duodenal diseases such as gastritis, peptic ulcer disease PUD and gastric cancer. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional analytical study was conducted at Gastroenterology Department, Shaikh Zayed Hospital Lahore.
