“…Female infertility in different resources defines as a woman of reproductive age not being able to get pregnant after a year of trying or keeps having miscarriages 3 . Not being able to ovulate has been considered the major cause of infertility among women that can be a result of different factors including, social, genetic, endocrine, physiological and phycological factors as well as lifestyle habits (ie smoking and alcohol consumption) 4 . However, approximately 15%–30% of cases of female infertility still remain unexplained 5,6 .…”

“…Since the results of docking energy values are not a really precise indicator of inhibitory activity, we focused on the MD study of the best ligand bisfucotriphlorethol B with the Vpu protein. MD simulations are well‐established in silico tools for understanding the complex behavior of the ligand and the receptor at the molecular level [5, 34]. A low RMSD value after the equilibrium state (i.e., after 25 ns of simulation) for the MD simulation indicates a low fluctuation of ligand in reference to its primary position and verifies the low value of docking scores.…”

“…The particle‐mesh‐based Ewald pattern was utilized for summation of long‐range electrostatic forces. A cutoff radius range of 9.0 Å was set for computation of Columbic forces [34, 49, 50].…”

“…Some single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in miRNA genes can impact their stability and affect the binding of miRNAs to their target genes, thus interfere with target gene recognition and expression (11). Many studies have investigated the association of SNPs with various female reproductive disorders (12)(13)(14), but a limited number of studies have investigated the effect of these SNPs in endometriosis. Therefore, in this study, we evaluated the prevalence and the association of three different miRNAs variants including, miR-27a rs895819A>G, miR-124-1 rs531564G>C, and miR-423 rs6505162A>C with endometriosis to help further understand the importance of these variants in reproductive disorders among females.…”
