Association of Multidrug Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract: BACKGROUNDMultidrug Resistant Tuberculosis is a form of tuberculosis, which is caused by resistance for rifampicin and/or isoniazid. Diabetes increases the chances of emergence of resistance in tuberculosis patients.
