“…On the other hand, an elevated SUA level on admission in patients with acute HF or ADHF associated not only with HF severity, but with the presence of chronic renal disease and the use of loop diuretics, which are able to cause negative clinical outcomes and independent predictor of 1-year mortality through elevation of SUA (Okazaki et al, 2017;Okazaki et al, 2016).
