Association study of APOE, LPL and NOS3 polymorphisms with the risk of common cardio pathology in children and pregnant women

Abstract: Polymorphisms of APOE (E2/E3/E4), LPL (1595C>G) and NOS3 (-786T>C) in groups of pregnant women with and without preeclampsia, in donors, in children with hypertension, children with obesity and metabolic syndrome, and in control children were studied by PCR /RF LP analysis.
