Associations of Dietary Intake with Urinary Melamine and Derivative Concentrations among Children in the GAPPS Cohort

Abstract: Melamine is a nephrotoxic industrial chemical. Diet is one source of melamine exposure, yet little work has examined the main dietary contributors, particularly among children.
