The work is devoted to geoinformation modeling of potential and really possible yield of leading agricultural crops in the agricultural landscapes of the Simferopol region of the Republic of Crimea. The study area is characterized by high agricultural development, complicated physical and geographical location and insufficient moisture. Algorithm for geoinformation modeling of potential and really possible crop yields by the amount of arrival of photosynthetically active radiation for each point of input surface is considered. The resulting cartogram of averaged values deviation of potential and really possible yields from actual for leading agricultural crops can be used in the development of scientifically based recommendations for transformation of agricultural lands in complicated physical and geographical conditions.

Se estimaron los flujos de energía atmosféricos y advectivos de un embalse tropical a partir de datos de campo, correlaciones empíricas y la aplicación del modelo hidrodinámico Ce-Qual-W2, y se plantea una forma de estimar los cambios de la temperatura media inducidos por estos flujos considerando el efecto de los cambios de volumen almacenado asociados al flujo advectivo. Se pudo establecer que la variabilidad estacional de la temperatura en el embalse está gobernada por los flujos advectivos ya que estos tienen la capacidad de enfriar el embalse en las épocas de caudales altos, mientras el flujo atmosférico tiende a aumentar la temperatura durante todo el año. Los principales factores que explican la estacionalidad de la temperatura y de los flujos de energía son su ubicación sobre la zona de convergencia intertropical y su influencia en el ciclo de radiación solar incidente y de precipitación, la morfología encañonada del embalse y la baja velocidad del viento sobre la superficie.

This paper presents an innovative procedure for nowcasting the energy production of PV systems. The procedure is relayed on a new version of two-state model for forecasting solar irradiance at ground level and a simplified description of the PV system. The results of testing the proposed procedure against on field measured data are discussed. Generally, the proposed procedure demonstrates a better performance than the main competitor based on ARIMA forecasting of the clearness index.
