“…Among studies dealing with digital technologies and libraries there are also typical usability studies of: desktop versions of web pages (Duncan & Durrant, 2015;Sheikh, 2017), mobile versions of web pages (ChanLin & Hung, 2016;Fung & Chiu & Ko & Ho & Lo, 2016), OPAC (Naik & Nikam, 2014), the Primo search engine (Kliewer & Monroe-Gulick & Gamble & Radio, 2016) as well as the EBSCO Discovery Service (Bonner & Williams, 2016).
