Atypical case of preterm ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome

Abstract: Preterm ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome is a rare syndrome in which preterm infant girls have hypogastric, upper leg and labial swelling accompanied by elevated serum oestradiol levels and ovarian follicular cysts on ultrasound.
