Atypical female intersex

Abstract: The patient described in this report was an adult married woman who first attended the Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan Hospital, Calcutta, India on 25 March, 1988. She was 23 years of age and had been married for 5 years. Micturition and menstruation occurred through the anus, as did sexual intercourse. Urine also dribbled occasionally through a phallic urethra. She was continent of faeces. She was a phenotypic female with well-developed secondary sex characters.
