Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh permintaan bahan baku dan jumlah target penjualan di UMKM Kerupuk Nasi Pak Tatang yang belum terpenuhi serta tingkat cacat produk yang masih tinggi. Tujuan penelitian adalah menentukan pengukuran kinerja supply chain management (SCM) dan mengevaluasi pengukuran kinerja berdasarkan nilai terendah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Green SCOR untuk penentuan pengukuran kinerja. Data berupa pengisian kuisioner oleh pemilik usaha, jumlah bahan baku, jumlah produksi perbulan dan jumlah produk cacat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai total akhir kinerja Green SCOR sebesar 47,066. Nilai tersebut termasuk kategori poor (rendah). Indikator yang mempunyai skor rendah adalah source reliability (jumlah supplier sesuai kriteria), deliver responsiveness (lama waktu pemesanan hingga barang sampai), deliver flexibility (waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam melakukan order tambahan), dan return responsiveness (jumlah komplain yang diterima perusahaan mengenai produk). Evaluasi yang diberikan untuk jumlah supplier adalah perusahaan harus dapat mengevaluasi setiap supplier dengan memberikan penilaian hasil kinerja dengan metode AHP. Evaluasi untuk lama waktu pemesanan hingga sampai dan waktu untuk reorder adalah meramalkan kebutuhan bahan baku agar dapat mengoptimalkan waktu pemesanan. Sedangkan evaluasi terakhir untuk jumlah complain adalah menyediakan fasilitas penyampaian keluhan yang dapat dievaluasi secara berkala dengan pendekatan PDCA (plan, do, check, action).

Maintenance of production machinery is crucial for maintaining the quality of the production process. At PTPN VI Solok, there is a significant issue with the Close Roll Printing Machine, which plays a vital role in the tea pressing process. This study aims to understand the maintenance requirements of the Press Cap Roller Machine and provide maintenance recommendations using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methods. FMEA is utilized to examine and track potential failures, while RCM aims to select, develop, and create effective maintenance strategies. The FMEA analysis revealed that the crankshaft is the predominant cause of failure, with a Risk Priority Number (RPN) value of 17.07%. RCM analysis indicated that the Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) for components ranges between 1433.4 and 1811 hours. Recommendations for improvements include checking the crankshaft rotation to ensure it runs smoothly and performing maintenance according to the schedule. Additionally, regular gearbox inspections are crucial, such as checking oil levels, oil circulation conditions, gearbox area leaks, and replacing the gearbox according to the component's lifespan to maintain optimal performance. Other maintenance suggestions involve direct prevention of failure sources and appropriate maintenance, regular bearing replacements and inspections as per the schedule, and routine checks of electrical current and temperature. The implementation of FMEA and RCM methods is expected to provide more structured and effective solutions for maintenance issues, thereby maintaining the quality of the tea production process. This approach also aims to extend the machine's lifespan and reduce unexpected maintenance costs, thus enhancing the company's operational productivity and efficiency.

Tea plantation biomass wastes, such as tea plantation pruning, shade trees, and woody weeds have not been utilized. The waste can be used as renewable energy in the form of wood pellets. The problem is the feasibility of biomass waste to be used as material for making wood pellets as energy. This paper aims to analyze the potential of tea plantation biomass waste as wood pellet material to meet energy needs. The research was conducted in a tea plantation owned by the Tea and Kina Research Center (PPTK). Quantification of biomass waste potential per unit area was conducted in the plantation using direct measurement method. Proximate analysis of each wood pellet variant of biomass waste was conducted to match the quality of Indonesian Wood Pellet Standard. The biomass waste potential in PPTK is 14,281 tons per year which can produce 8,186 tons of wood pellets per year. This potential can meet the needs of wood pellet consumption from the tea production process at PPTK which is around 1.8 tons / day for the tea processing process of 13 tons/day. Based on proximate analysis, the wood pellets produced have a calorific value of 4425 cal/gram, density of 1.35 grams/cm3, fixed carbon content of 85.2%, and volatile matter of 3.72%. These results confirm that the wood pellets comply with the National Wood Pellet Standard (SNI 8021:2014). This can be a model for the application of the Green Circular Economy concept in the plantation sector.
