Augmentation Mastopexy with Implant and Autologous Tissue for Correction of Moderate/Severe Ptosis

Abstract: Our technique presents the challenge of determining the amount of excess skin to be removed after implantation to create symmetry and provide for skin tightening without compromising tissue vascularization.
