Austestung der Wirksamkeit von Thio-Tepa auf das Tumorgewebe bei der lokalen Chemotherapie der Blasenpapillomatose

Abstract: Eine Methode zur Austestung der Empfindlichkeit von Urotheltumoren auf die lokale Chemotherapie mit Thio-Tepa auf der Basis einer Beurteilung morphologischer Veränderungen in Tumorzellen im Harnsediment wird vorgestellt. Das Auftreten regressiver Veränderungen in den Tumorzellen 48 h nach der ersten Thio-Tepa-Instillation (60 mg Thio-Tepa, gelöst in 60 ml phosphatgepufferter isotoner NaCl-Lösung) weist auf eine Empfindlichkeit des Tumorgewebes hin.
