Auswirkungen der Etablierung des psychiatrischen Behandlungskonzepts „Weddinger Modell“ auf mechanische Zwangsmaßnahmen

Abstract: Zusammenfassung Ziel Die Auswirkung des Recovery-orientierten psychiatrischen Behandlungskonzepts „Weddinger Modell“ wurde auf den Einsatz von mechanischen Zwangsmaßnahmen (ZM) untersucht. Methodik Mittels einer retrospektiven Fallkontrollstudie wurden zwei Patientengruppen analysiert: Eine wurde nach dem Weddinger Modell behandelt (Interventionsgruppe; n = 122), die andere konventionell (Kontrollgruppe; n = 235).
