Automation of the repair management process of a service company

Abstract: The article describes the existing approaches in the management of equipment repairs, working with customers of a service organization. Existing problems of automation of the process of repair management of a service enterprise and their solution are considered. A description of the automation of this process using a software solution based on the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform is given.
