Avaliação do Equilíbrio e da Mobilidade de Idosos após um Programa de Escola de Posturas

Abstract: RESUMO Objetivo: Avaliar o impacto do Programa de Escola de Posturas sobre o equilíbrio e a mobilidade de idosos participantes de um grupo de convivência. Material e Métodos: O desenvolvimento de um Programa de Escola de Posturas onde participaram um grupo formado por 20 idosos com idade média de 70,1 anos (DP = 6,42), que foram submetidos à avaliação do equilíbrio e as anormalidades da marcha por meio da Escala de Tinetti antes e após o Programa.
