Avian and wildlife diversity in the area of bauxite mining near lamba village, Dwarka in the state of Gujarat, India

Abstract: The bauxite is the primary ore of aluminum. Almost all of the aluminum that has ever been produced has been extracted from bauxite. The area in question is rich in bauxite and lime. The mining activity increasing day by day which hinder the movement of wildlife especially birds. The area of bauxite mining is proximity to sea shore and major creek.
