Awareness on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Principles in TVET and University Hospitality Schools in Kenya

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to assess the level of awareness on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles in TIVET and University hospital schools in Kenya.
