Balloon Angioplasty and Stenting

Abstract: In 1964, Charles Dotter and Melvin Judkins performed the first successful transluminal angioplasty of a superficial femoral artery stenosis. Since then, techniques of revascularization have been the cornerstone of interventional radiology (IR) practices.
