This study was aimed to determine drivers of consumer trust, satisfaction and recommendation to others regarding “Trendy Drink” Mixue Ice Cream Tea. Based on literature review, most of consumer behavior studies were investigated by a single method. Furthermore, research on consumer perspectives concerning food safety in Islamic were still limited. Hence, we extended this study using mixed method. Sampling used is purposive with characteristics Moslem, 17 years old or over and has purchased Mixue Ice Cream and tea in the outlet. Firslty, open-ended interviews were carried out to gather data amplified by second phase of data collection was online survey and the data of 234 participants were analyzed utilizing SEM-PLS. Study revealed that consumers perceived food as safe attributed to its appearance, taste, smell, certification and quality. Additionally, study uncobered that food safety and information credibility were prominent drivers of consumer behavior. This paper explored an underexposed concern on product safety in Islamic view. It contributes to the marketing field empirically, theoretically and practically by extending the implementation of food safety, source of credibility theory, and Maslow`s hierarchy of need theory in the Islamic marketing and food beverages context. Additionally, applying a mixed-method for data analysis broadened the research results` generalisability.

This paper aims to investigate the impact of industrial robotics, examining the process integration in a sample of +600 companies located in the Province of Brescia, an intensive industrial area in the North of Italy. Through a detailed economic investigation, this study analyses the adoption of robotic solutions in companies of varying sizes, using a survey and financial databases to investigate the most used types of robots, their applications, the impacts at the operational and personnel level, and the companies’ growth (sales, employees, other). The results highlight a significant presence of robotic solutions, particularly articulated robots, in the large companies involved. Robotics diffusion positively correlates with significant improvements in terms of productivity and quality. The introduction of robots is associated with increased corporate growth indicators, including staff expansion. Large companies demonstrate a superior ability to adapt to these technologies, supported by more significant financial resources and a wide range of internal competencies for managing robots. Furthermore, large companies proactively hire qualified personnel or initiate internal training courses. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), although currently less equipped with robotic technologies, exhibit a significant interest in future adoption, highlighting the opportunity for growth and innovation. The results suggest that integrating robotics in the manufacturing sector not only constitutes an effective means to enhance operational performance but also acts as a catalyst for developing human capital and strengthening the local economy.

Industry 4.0 brings with it an increase in new forms and methods of work based on automation and digitization, which gradually threaten jobs in individual countries. Most studies published on this topic describe the expected proportion of jobs that are threatened with extinction. The aim of the presented study is to investigate the opportunities that the introduction of Industry 4.0 brings with it. The presented study calculates the share of jobs with a low risk of being threatened by automation in the Slovak Republic. This is a unique approach to researching the impact of innovation trends on the labor market, which identifies jobs that are difficult to replace by machines. The calculation of the share of jobs with a low risk of being threatened by automation is based on the connection of two data sources – National system of occupations (a description of the skills required for every job in the Slovak Republic) and Information system on the price of work (modern and effective national labour cost statistical survey focus on wage earnings, including the calculation of the number of employees in individual job positions). Of the total number of 2 million working people in the Slovak Republic, 24% will not be threatened by automation. These are jobs that require at least one of the following skills for their performance: creativity, organizing and planning work, the ability to make decisions and take responsibility, leadership skills, critical thinking and talent. Several authors investigating the issue of innovations and their effects on jobs define the above-mentioned skills as difficult to be replaced by machines. The findings presented in the paper create space for further discussion at the national level about which skills and competences will need to be supported in lifelong learning among employees in order to prevent the high rate of replacement of jobs by automation, which the OECD predicts for the Slovak Republic.
