Basic principles of reaching triboactive coatings by mixing of nanosized feedstock powders in the suspension plasma spraying process

Abstract: In recent years, suspension plasma spaying (SPS) has been investigated to provide functional coatings with determined abilities, which could not be reached by conventional thermal spray processes so far.
