“…The serous pleural cavity is an enclosed space covered by the parietal and visceral layers of serous membranes, which are lined by a monolayer of mesothelial cells supported on fibrous tissue rich in capillaries and lymphatics. Under physiological conditions, these two layers are in juxtaposition and only a small amount of fluid is present inside these compartments, acting as a lubricant to avoid friction . Accumulation of abnormal quantities of pleural fluid (effusions) occurs for various reasons, from inflammatory to neoplastic conditions, and cytopathological examination of these specimens is a fast and minimally invasive method for prompt verification of the presence of neoplastic cells and possible use of ancillary studies such as immunohistochemistry and molecular biology.…”

“…MOSFETin iletim ve yalıtım safhalarında devrede iki ayrı durum görülür. MOSFET iletimde iken giriş gerilimi primer sargısına uygulanır ve sabit bir gerilim olduğundan primer endüktansı üzerinde akım artmaya başlar [17][18]. Bu esnada sekonder sargılarından akım geçmez.…”
