Bilteral Phthiriasis Palpebrarum

Abstract: A 24-year-old Chinese woman presented with persistent itching of both eyelids that had commenced 4 weeks prior. She had no history of systemic and ocular disease. Slit-lamp examination revealed numerous lice and nits firmly attached to the base and shaft of the eyelashes (Fig. 1A).
