Binary perovskite solid solutions and trends in their phase transitions temperatures variation

Abstract: Some of the known binary ABO3perovskites with ferro- (FE) or antiferroelectric (AFE) at [Formula: see text] and different magnetic phase transitions (PT): ferro-and antiferromagnetic at [Formula: see text] and also some of their solid solutions are considered.
