Biochemical changes of coconut inflorescence sap on storage in different varieties

Abstract: To study biochemical changes of coconut inflorescence sap on storage for one week in different varieties. Methods and Results:The experiment was conducted at College of Agriculture, Padannakkad and Nileswaram farm, RARS Pilicode under irrigated condition during 2014-2016. Four varieties were selected for evaluation. Palms with similar age and morphological characters were selected as experiment units.
