Bionic micro‐interface lattice foam‐core composites: Manufacturing techniques, compression resistance, bursting strength, low‐velocity impact, and dynamic cushion efficacy

Abstract: This study proposes a high-resilience foam-core composite with bionic micro-interface lattice structure using columnar lattice mold and two-step foaming technique. This foam-core composite uses polyamides nonwoven fabrics as the bionic surface layers and polyurethane foam as the bionic core layer.
