Biosynthesis of silver nanoparticle by green wheat spike extract characterization and antibacterial activity

Abstract: Silver nanoparticles were synthesized by green route method using green wheat spike extract. In the beginning the extract was prepared by boiling green wheat in water for 15 min and used for synthesis of silver nanoparticles. The starting material was silver nitrate solution (1mM) and green wheat extract was added at 90 C o for 30 min.
