Biotechnological aspects of obtaining sodium nucleinate from Chlorella microalgae and its effect on protein metabolism

Abstract: The scientific article presents the results of research on the development of an effective method for isolating nucleic acids by citrate-salt hydrolysis from the freeze-dried biomass of Chlorella vulgaris microalgae to create an oral preparation based on them in the form of a sodium salt of nucleic acids, as well as determining its effect on morphological and biochemical parameters of rabbit blood, in particular protein metabolism.
