Bis[bis(dialkylamino)phosphanyl]methanes and Bis(trifluoromethyl)acrylonitrile — Reactions and Derivatives

Abstract

The reaction of bis[bis(dialkylamino)phosphanyl]methanes 1a,b with bis(trifluoromethyl)acrylonitrile 8 led to the ylides 10a,b which showed an interesting ability for self-fluorination involving trifluoromethyl groups to give the P−F derivatives 13a,b.
