Bisnis Kesehatan Berbasis Digital: Perceived Usefulness Terhadap Intensi Penggunaan Aplikasi Digital Telemedicine

Abstract

Semua manusia membutuhkan Kesehatan yang terus-menerus baik dalam kondisi yang normal maupun dalam kondisi pandemic seperti saat ini. Layanan Kesehatan berbasis digital hadir di tengah masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang ada. Masyarakat sebagai pengguna dihadapkan pada berbagai macam pilihan pelayanan kesehatan sesuai dengan preferensi dan kebutuhan pengguna. Masyarakat secara umum telah mengetahui adanya pelayanan Kesehatan berbasis digital namun belum menggunakannya karena memiliki banyak pertimbangan. Di sisi lain, masyarakat yang telah menggunakan lebih mempertimbangkan faktor kemanfaatan dan kemudahan dalam menggunakan pelayanan Kesehatan digital tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh antara Perceived Usefulness dan terhadap Intention penggunaan layanan Kesehatan digital Telemedicine di Klinik Universitas Kusuma Husada Kota Surakarta. Populasi sebanyak 1.432 jiwa. Sampel ditarik secara purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 100 orang. Menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara variabel Perceived Usefulness terhadap Intention to use mobile Telemedicine di Klinik Universitas Kusuma Husada Surakarta
